I hold me sessions at home, its comfortable and spacious. The chair is comfortable, you control the TV remote (except horror movies!), you can even heat your lunch up in the microwave

I take a 20% deposit at the time of booking, the rest is payable on the day. I take cash, card or Apple Pay.

While it’s possible to learn self-retightening, especially if you travel frequently, it’s recommended to have a certified consultant perform retightening to ensure proper technique and avoid potential issues.

Yes, it’s advisable to wash your hair 1-2 days before your appointment. Clean hair ensures a smoother retightening process and better results.

They wont be able to access other rooms of the house and will have to be very well behaved :)
